      Who should use it:

      eBook and white papers are great tools for generating new leads. They fulfill the needs of people at the research and consideration phases of the buyer’s journey, allowing you to connect with prospects early on and help shape their vision of an ideal solution. eBooks and white papers are most effective when you have at least 500+ visitors to your website on a monthly basis.

      How it works and what it includes:

      • We work with you to come up with a topic that will resonate with your target audience
      • We then develop a framework for the eBook for your review and approval
      • Once approved, we get to work writing the piece. Your eBook or white paper will be between 8-10 pages
      • After the writing is complete, we’ll send you a copy for your review. Any feedback you have will be incorporated into a revision
      • The branding, design, images and layout will all match your company’s theme and style
      • When you’re happy with the final piece, we’ll implement a call to action on your site to entice visitors to download the content and a form to capture their contact details.

      Option 3: Google Ads (3 Months)

      Who should use it:

      Google Ads are terrific for getting quick-wins. Unlike organic search engine optimization, your Google Ads can be on the first page within hours. Ads are ideal for capturing people who are ready to buy, for building brand awareness with “follow me” style ads that appear all over the internet.

      How it works and what it includes:

      • Together we decided on 1 or 2 areas of your business you’d like to focus your ads on. It could be document scanning, ECM software, BPO services, RPA or anything else
      • The next step is to conduct keyword research to identify the most impactful search terms for your campaigns
      • Once we know where we want to focus and what terms people are searching for, we get to work building out both text and display ads for your campaign
      • We also develop optimized landing pages on your site to convert visitors into actionable leads.
      • You’ll have a chance to review everything before it goes live and provide any feedback
      • The branding, design, images and layout will all match your company’s theme and style
      • Over the three months, we’ll continually monitor your campaigns and optimize them to maximize the leads you receive

      Time investment from you:

      2-3 hours over the course of 2 weeks.

      Price: 

      $3,200.00 USD for the initial setup and 3 months of management and maintenance. Your monthly ad budget, the amount you pay Google when your ads are clicked, is not included in this price and you would pay that directly to Google. Monthly ad budget is up to your discretion, but we recommend a minimum of $800/month.
